We worked with Weston Property Developments on this project in Kelmscott WA, where 9 units are being built for NDIS rentals. Being NDIS rentals, the power bills have been included in the rent. Hence, installing solar systems can avoid surprises.
We have installed a 5kW solar system for each unit, 45kW in total with 153x EGing PV TwinMax EG-300P60-HC 300W solar panels, 9x SoFar Solar 5KTLM-G2 5kW single-phase inverters.
It is estimated each unit can save around $1,500 per year on power bills.
